Preparation for Oh Deer Series II

I haven't done anything artistically this month other than the marker drawing workshop 9 days ago. But I'm testing a different way of painting the side of canvas with the next Oh Deer Series. It's a square format (16x16) but taped the front edges and painted sides with Mars black acrylic paint. I'm not sure if this would work out but just trying a different way.
